A beautiful scripture that before I had not understood in the past, was introduced to me in my Institute. Isaiah 18: 1 Woe to the land shadowing with wings, which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia:
2 That sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters, saying, Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden down, whose land the rivers have spoiled! These scriptures, speaking of missionary work, explain why the LDS missionaries travel the world to a “nation scattered and peeled” “even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters.” http://universe.byu.edu/2015/03/25/bosnias-first-lds-missionary-will-begin-service-summer-2015/
