Mercury; Seen Today Like Never Before.

Following Daniel C Peterson’s blog, I found this interesting article.

When I was attending the East Valley Astronomy Club in Gilbert, Arizona, I could recall looking at small dots in the sky as astronomers would explain to me what they were. Meanwhile, people were developing high powered reflecting telescopes to produce images such as this.
