Women Dominate the Classrooms

It always seemed obvious to me that girls, in general, were always just more likely to become more inteligent and more studious in their school work than the latter sex. Women accross the globe (save some very romote locations) are less likely to drop out of school and acheive lowly in all subjects. But the overall decline in education as a whole (both men and women) is a bit frightening to me. Perhaps it has to do with all the ideas we get from the media or the distractions that come with it. In every subject pertaining to education, America happends to be just below average according to the OCED. Just a few decades ago America was almost leading in everything from spectrums of art and philosophy all the way accross the cosmos to physics and astronomy. But times are different and distractions are inevitable. Change is up to the individual.
