Latter-Day Saints Student Association Starts to Collect Stuffed Animals

Childeren right here in Gilbert, Arizona suffer from less fortionate conditions. What is to be done youask? LDS Institute strives to collect stuffed animals to donate to the less fortunate. Kaitlin Ellsworth, co-organizer and vice-president to the LDSSA Club in Chandler Gilbert Community Colledge, helped to organize a stuffed animal drive to help donate stuffed animals to the less fortunate. She says that the “participation of its adheres took a dive, but we know through faith and diligence, we will ultimately reach our goal”. The drive continues with no definate ending date, and Kaitlin encourages anyone to donate to this noble cause.

When asked about how the donations have been going, Kaitlin responded “nobody is donating, I got them all by myself.” Right now the orginization has a total of eight bags of stuffed animals, it’s clear that the organization needs your help in collecting as much stuffed animals as it can. “We would like them to be clean and neat, just because it is going to the poor, does not mean we are collecting trash.” Ms. Ellsworth says "Any and all donation, no matter how large or frail would be recieved with graditude." If anyone is interested in donating their used stuffed animals, then now would be your opportunity to donate.
